Ygrene’s Clean Energy P.A.C.E. Program Provides Immediately Available Funding Assistance to Enable Local Residents To Recover From Storm Damage. The City of La Quinta, the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) and Ygrene Energy Fund, the Valley’s provider of residential and commercial property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing, announced today special assistance to residents affected by the recent flooding.

Miami Springs becomes the 14th city in Miami-Dade County to offer the PACE financing program through Ygrene, the administrator of the program where Perez works as the regional manager in South Florida.

The solar panels installed on the Palm Springs home of Steven Rockwell and Michael Glenner on Friday are the first to be financed through the Coachella Valley’s long-awaited regional energy loan program.
