Alachua County Goes Live with Ygrene Energy Fund's Zero-Down Financing for Energy Efficiency and Climate Resiliency Upgrades

MIAMI, Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of President Obama's Climate Action Plan and the COP21 Paris agreement,Ygrene Energy Fund announces today that Alachua County has joined the ranks of 25 other Florida municipalities in the adoption of the state's leading property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing program, Ygrene. The program, administered by Ygrene, gives residents access to private funds necessary to achieve energy efficiency, renewable energy and climate resiliency upgrades in the face of rising sea levels and hurricane activity.
